Gatorade. May it be your friend.
Trying. Judging by the state of our refrigerator, I think Ben got one of every flavor. But frankly, it tastes waaayyy too rich to me, and it's not staying in anyway. Double yuck.
Having had MUCH experience in this area...another thing you might try is "jell-o water." Basically you just double both the hot and cold water that the box tells you to add to the jell-o. This was something that I was actually able to tolerate better than Gatorade and is what the World Health Organization gives to severely dehydrated people around the world.
Krysten - Very interesting. Did you know they now make 3 kinds of Gatorade, specifically designed for various stages of workout? Being as I was not working out, I was displeased with all of them. I'll have to try your Jello trick tomorrow.
